Thought for this Week: At the beginning of this year I shared four suggestions for possible NY resolutions in 2017, they were as follows: Suggestion 1: Show Jesus you are for real! Suggestion 2: Commit to be consistent in your commitment to the church. Suggestion 3: Make the most of the people you love. Suggestion 4: Be expectant. Here are my thoughts around Suggestion 3: Make the most of the people you love. Many people feel worthless and of no value. But God did not create rubbish. God created you and me. He loves you and approves of you. He may not approve of everything you do, but he loves you unconditionally, wholeheartedly and continually. He requires us to be the same. Is 2017 the year when we change the way we view people in church and in the family unit and those we love around us? Its time to – Not work to change them. Have patience with them. Love them. Verse for this Week: 1 Thessalonians 4 v11; ‘Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.’
