Commit to be consistent in your commitment to the church.

At the beginning of this year I shared four suggestions for possible NY resolutions in 2017, they were as follows: Suggestion 1: Show Jesus you are for real! Suggestion 2: Commit to be consistent in your commitment to the church. Suggestion 3: Make the most of the people you love. Suggestion 4: Be expectant. Here are my thoughts around Suggestion 2: Commit to be consistent in your commitment to the church. I suggested five ways but there are more. Attendance – When I was a young child I observed my parents – parenting in essence was no different then as it is now, it had its joys and challenges. But one thing I observed, my parents never left anything get in the way of their commitment to others and to the church both supporting and encouraging. Don’t let the busyness of life distract you. Many things can fill your life and push out time for God and others in the church community. You are valued and your absence leaves a space no one else can fill.
